The enlarged complexity of the environment
obviously has the precedent influence on the business and success
of the enterprise, as well. External
factors forecasting signifies that the future environment for all enterprises
is
going to become more uncertain entering
the 21st century. The world market change is very rapid, opening new
horizons, certainly and for the Macedonian
enterprises. Dynamic environment changes the way of business
performance.
The Faculty of Economics is organizing
MBA programmes to enable the postgraduated students successful and
efficient adjustment to the dynamic
business climate. These programmes should prepare the students for the
challenge and possibilities of the business
of the 21st century.
This brochure deals with the curriculum
and the philosophy of our MBA programmes. During the two years
study fundamental knowledge of Management,
Marketing, Finance, Foreign Trade, Business Economics and
Economics can be obtained. The knowledge
will present the critical factor for global oriented enterprises in the
new century.
Next year is planned to begin with lectures
in MBA programmes for Accountancy and Enterpreneurship.
Particular accent is put on development
and improvement of the team -work ability, analytical facilities, ability
for decision-making and solving problems,
leadership and communication capability application in various
enterprises and situations.
The selection of MBA programme is one
of the most important decisions in your career. There are no the same
MBA programmes. Each of them has its
own characteristics, but all they provide high level of specialization,
particularly important for business
in the new century. The Faculty of Economics offers MBA programmes in
several interest areas with realized
